ABOUT
Where strategy meets measurable impact
Nichols Road Advisors exists to help software and technology companies close the gap between what they sell and why it matters — to your customers and to their bottom line.
OUR MISSION
Helping great software companies win on value, not just features
Too many software companies sell what their product does — and not what it's worth. The result: longer sales cycles, lower win rates, and customers who never fully realize the value they were promised.
At Nichols Road Advisors, we partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to change that. We bring executive-level go-to-market expertise to organizations that need to sharpen how they sell, strengthen how they retain, and grow in ways that last.
We work in focused fractional and interim engagements — bringing seasoned, been-there-done-that perspective to your most pressing GTM challenges, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
MEET PAM
Two decades of building the frameworks that make great companies grow
Pam Ireland has spent 20+ years at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping global software organizations not just articulate their value, but prove it. Most recently at Anaplan, she led a globally distributed Business Value & Strategy team and designed value-selling frameworks that influenced over $300M in annual revenue. Before that, she built the Value Management practice at NetSuite from the ground up, and spent nearly a decade at SAP in VP roles spanning Customer Success, Chief Operating Officer | Analytics Division, and founding BusinessObjects' first Value Engineering team.
Earlier in her career, Pam held senior leadership roles at Siebel Systems, BankBoston (now Bank of America), and US Bancorp — giving her a grounding in enterprise operations that informs everything she does today.
What ties all of it together is a simple belief: customers buy outcomes, not software. Pam has spent her career helping companies build the language, tools, and culture to make that real — at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
